By accessing or using the fly.ninja website and services operated by FlyNinja S.L. ("we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Spain with CIF B26656561 (VAT: ESB26656561), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

fly.ninja provides:

• Tracking and aggregation of eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) and flying car commercial operations worldwide
• Email notifications when flying car services launch near your location
• Social media content related to eVTOL industry developments
• Information and news about the urban air mobility industry

Our services are informational. We are not an eVTOL operator and do not provide transportation services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you sign up for notifications, you provide personal information including your name, email, country, and postcode. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Complete the email verification (double opt-in) process
• Not use the service for spam, abuse, or any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content on fly.ninja, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of FlyNinja S.L. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

5. User Content and Social Media

We may publish content on third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X, Instagram, and others. When you interact with our content on these platforms (comments, replies, shares), those interactions are governed by each platform's own terms of service.

We may use automated tools to generate, schedule, and publish social media content. We may also use AI to respond to comments on our social media channels.

6. Third-Party APIs and Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) via their official APIs. When you authorize fly.ninja to access your account on any of these platforms, you grant us permission to perform the actions described during the authorization process (such as publishing content on your behalf).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The information about eVTOL operations is always accurate or up to date
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Notifications will be delivered to your inbox (email delivery depends on third-party providers)

We aggregate information from public sources and third-party data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or reliability of all data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyNinja S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
